Aula Infernalis
The Aula Infernalis, also known as the Great Hall or simply The Aula is a large underground structure in the Kingdom of Derglandia. It is one of the largest and most ambitious builds on the server and it is still work-in-progress as of July 29th.
The Aula has a symetrical circle-shape with the width total of 82 blocks from each axis. There are 39 blocks of space between each floor. The plan is to make a giant dome on the top which will be 41 blocks in total height. This build inspired by the now-nonexistent Czech YouTuber Anselmo73 who made a similar build many years ago, on a smaller scale.
Structure
The Aula consist total of three floors: The first floor (bedrock level) is largely covered with lava and has a unique hellish Aesthetique. In the middle there are 4 nether portals and behind them are four beacons, the source of the Aula's boosts. From the bridge it is connected to the The Storage, where and elevator to The Fortress can be found.
The first floor will be mostly related to the kingdom's storage system.
The second floor of the Aula has a distinct industrial vibe to it, this is due to it being the base's auto-crafter part. In this floor, plans are to have many redstone factories present on this floor, these factories use Auto-Crafters to craft many items, and those items will be used to create other items. This is a part of the kingdom's great industrial plan.
The third floor has a more organic vibe with it having plant and wood designs in constrast to the deepslate/industrial vibes of the other floors. This floor will consist mostly of organic farms, for example. bamboo farms or wheat farms, or anything which is farmable. Items from these farms will then flow into the second floor where they will get turned into other goods. which will then flow to the first floor via the pipe system.
All of the floors are supposed to work in harmony and depend on each other, thus the Aula serves as a means of connecting them all together in a structured manner.
History
The first excavation began on December 2025, where an elevator was build to a slime farm that was already present there. From there Jacob had the idea of a massive interconnected industrial redstone build below the fortress, thus the first excavation and planning started. The plan of connecting the slime farm, which was there since the prosperity era was scrapped and focus was shifted on the Aula.
