DrgnzCraft

DrgnzCraft is Drgnz Club's official vanilla and survival Minecraft. It started on the 11th of June 2023, and it runs nonstop since then. DrgnzCraft aims for a roleplay styled towny server, which is also a "forever world", meaning it is intended to be the same world file forever. This is to motivate players building long lasting structures and capture memories. The server is whitelist only, so only trusted people which agreed to the server's rules. This server is also in offline mode, meaning it does not connect to Microsoft servers. Because of this, it is possible to play on the server without having purchased Minecraft. A further authentication plugin is being used to prevent abuse of nickname changing. The current version is 26.2.

The server runs on the PaperMC server software. Which gets updated to newer version around one or two months after the official update release by Mojang. DrgnzCraft aims to be run on stable versions to keep, thus the wait after the official update. This delay also includes the wait for plugins to get updated to functional versions. To keep DrgnzCraft safe, it is being backed up every midnight, in case something horrible happens. This server also has own web-based map of the world which you can explore.

It is expected for this server to be active nearly daily. With Waffelo and Jacob logging in regularly.

History

2023: The beginning

The server has began on the 11th June of 2023 after the failed Luanti server. The server was started not long after the Caves & Cliffs(1.18), an update which has added massive changes to the world generation and added a lot of things. Waffelo and Jacob wanted to try the update, thus starting the DrgnzCraft server. This is when the biggest faction Kingdom of Derglandia also started. Shortly after Azkoonn also joined the server and was very active on it.

Azkoonn joins the server along with his friends CutesyISO and DarKing9.

2024-2025

in 2024, Jhonnybob joins the server and partially builds his island base, then leaves never to be seen again.

Thatol first joins in 2024, starts his own island base, Occasionally trades with Kingdom of Derglandia.

2026:

The server has been updated to the version 26.2 on the July 26th.

Major activity is seen. Dexxo First joins.
